Currently, the tracking device is only compatible with Apple devices. If you don’t have an iPhone but own an iPad or MacBook, you can still connect using those.
We use the FindMy app which is only available through apple products.
Android compatibility coming soon.

First things first, DO NOT try to retrieve the bike yourself or with friends. As tempting as it might be, confronting a thief can be dangerous. Instead, contact local authorities immediately and provide them with the tracking details. Let the professionals handle it, your safety comes first.

For security reasons, we don’t publicly disclose the installation location of the TRACK IT device (you never know who’s reading!) Once your installation is booked, we’ll walk you through the setup and explain everything in detail. The fewer people who know the exact placement, the more effective the device will be.

No, the tracking device will not be visible, it’s discreetly installed and hidden from view.

No, only you will have access to track your bike through your mobile phone. However, you can easily share the tracking information with family and friends if you choose to.

The tracking device has a battery life of approximately 1.5 years. If you have any issues we will be able to replace the device free of charge within 12 months of installation.

If you sell your bike and wish to keep the GPS tracking device, we can remove and reinstall it on your new bike for a $20 fee.
Alternatively, if you'd like to sell the bike with the device, it can be transferred to the new owner’s Find My app on an Apple iPhone.
